The reformer is great. They delivered on a day that was suitable for me and assembled the bed. The man that delivered and assembled was very polite and explained how to use it. The only problem I have is that the foot bar doesn’t have adjustable height positions but apart from that I have no complaints so far and I’m looking forward to using it
