I placed an order for the Facile Wood Reformer & Tower on Tuesday 18th June and it was delivered and assembled (for free) just two days later, Thurs 20th! Fantastic customer service throughout, brilliant communication. Even better, once the reformer/tower had been assembled, I was shown how all the parts work, as well as how to maintain the equipment and perform safety checks.

The reformer is great. They delivered on a day that was suitable for me and assembled the bed. The man that delivered and assembled was very polite and explained how to use it. The only problem I have is that the foot bar doesn’t have adjustable height positions but apart from that I have no complaints so far and I’m looking forward to using it

Thank you so much, this is an excellent, beautifully designed & engineered, solid piece of equipment which does everything I need it to & a lot more. Just finished my first reformer session and I’m hugely impressed; it works so smoothly and silently! There are so many adjustments that can be made (easily) to make sure that the equipment is personalised to the individual & to the activity. The equipment was delivered & Installed v efficiently & a very helpful intro to how it works was provided.
